We know not everyone wants to learn a Martial Art
Some of us would like to keep in shape but we also would
like the added protection of learning some
sort of Self-Defence ......... Well Now You Can.
We offer KEEP FIT classes every Tuesday evening with our PT instructor Paul Smith, he has developed a workout program to suit every body's level of fitness, body shape & size, Paul is very knowledgeable about the human body and can & will work around peoples needs or requirements, changing work outs every few weeks so the body continues to work hard in all areas.
We also offer SELF-DEFENCE classes every Tuesday evenings after the KEEP FIT class, Soke Darrel takes the session, showing simple, easy & effective techniques to either over power, immobilize or throw the aggressor. We also show how every day personal items carried can be used in aiding to protect yourself in this ever changing violent world, learning you awareness of using street visuals around you to help keep you and your loved ones safe, building confidence to walk down the street.
You can choose to do either KEEP FIT class or the SELF-DEFENCE class the choice is yours BUT you can do both too if you wish to for only £7.50 per person.
It is a very fun way of keeping ACTIVE, having fun, making new friends.
